• Profile/health data: age, weight, height, fitness goals, and similar metrics you choose to enter
• Food and nutrition logs: meals, calories, photos of food, and custom recipes you create
• Exercise data: workouts, exercises completed, and calories burned
• Supplement tracking: supplements and schedules you log
• Payment information: processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates). Paddle handles all billing, tax, and payment card data. We receive only limited transaction metadata (subscription status, plan, country, and billing email); we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: features used, pages visited, and interactions with the App
• Device and technical data: browser type, device type, IP address, and general location
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)

c) AI Coach Interactions

• Messages and inputs you share with our AI Coach, which we process to generate responses (including the roasts and recommendations)

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Generate personalized recommendations, tracking, and AI Coach responses
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send you service-related communications (and launch updates if you opted in)
• Improve and develop new features
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share information with:

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle receives your name, email address, billing address, and payment details in order to process the sale, manage your subscription, handle taxes, issue invoices, and process refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Other service providers/subprocessors who help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, AI processing, transactional email). These providers are only permitted to use your data to perform services for us.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not share your health or nutrition data for third-party advertising.

Fatboy Fitness uses third-party services to function, which may include:

• Paddle.com — Merchant of Record for all sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• AI / language model providers (to power the AI Coach)
• Analytics providers (to understand App usage)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the App, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Opt out of marketing communications

Fatboy Fitness is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Fatboy Fitness provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT medical advice. The AI Coach is not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise, or supplement program.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
