This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Fatboy Fitness subscriptions from Framework Web Development (d/b/a "Fatboy Fitness").

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Fatboy Fitness subscription purchases (monthly, annual, and lifetime). If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How Refunds Are Processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, billing questions, and refunds.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at Fatboy@fatboyfitness.app with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country or region (including, where applicable, UK/EU distance-selling withdrawal rights).
