We built ONE app to track your calories, workouts, recipes, supplements, and food — with an AI coach that roasts you and then actually helps. By using it, you agree to these Terms. (We insult you. By accessing or using the Fatboy Fitness web application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The AI Coach is intentionally sarcastic, blunt, and will roast you. This is a feature, not a bug. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that the AI Coach uses humor, insults, and tough-love language.
The AI Coach is NOT a licensed medical professional, doctor, dietitian, or personal trainer. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Use your judgment.
Fatboy Fitness provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
ALWAYS consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise, or supplement program, especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
You use the App and follow any of its suggestions at YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or outcome resulting from your use of the App.

Fatboy Fitness offers paid subscription plans:
Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics of your purchase and are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
AUTO-RENEWAL: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
PRICE CHANGES: We may change subscription prices. We will provide notice before any price change affects you, and the new price applies to your next billing cycle.
We may offer promotional free trials or a "free week of Pro." Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Trial terms are subject to change and may be limited to new users or specific promotions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials in Fatboy Fitness (including the name "Fatboy Fitness," the mascot, and the AI Coach personality) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.
Content you create (such as custom recipes or logs) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content, including food descriptions, recommendations, workouts, and AI Coach responses. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Do not rely on it as professional advice.
The App relies on third-party services (including payment processors, AI providers, hosting, and analytics). We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any results (including weight loss) will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fatboy Fitness and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fatboy Fitness and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tennessee.
